The following licensing terms apply to each category of assets provided by UIFry Ltd on the UIFry platform which uifry.com. These terms are designed to protect the rights and interests of UiFry Ltd and its users. By using the UIFry platform and its resources, you agree to comply with these licensing terms.

UI Templates, UI/UX Kits, Fonts, and Style Guides:

a. You can use our assets for unlimited personal and commercial projects

b. You cannot sell, redistribute, or give away any assets, either in their original or modified form, as standalone products or as part of a larger product offering.

c. All assets remain the property of UIFry Ltd, and you may not claim ownership or intellectual property rights over these assets.


a. The briefs provided on the UIFry platform are for educational and skill-enhancing purposes only.

b. You may not use these briefs for commercial purposes or distribute them without the express written consent of UiFry Ltd.


a. The job board provided by UIFry is for informational purposes only and is intended to facilitate connections between UI/UX designers and potential employers.

b. UiFry Ltd is not responsible for the accuracy of the job listings or the outcome of any job applications or employment relationships that may result from the use of the job board.


When using any of the UIFry Pro Plan under the license, you are not permitted to claim authorship of the purchased product. Instead, you obtain a license that grants you the right to use the assets in accordance with the terms outlined in this license agreement.


We reserve the right to modify the License Terms at our sole discretion and at any time. Any changes to subscription fees will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We also reserve the right to alter prices and revise the resource usage policy without providing a reasonable explanation.
